Key Responsibilities: -
Supervising
business diagnosis and planning activities.
Analyzing and
assuring quality of the data collected.
Assisting in
formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps.
Supervising
business architecture and process design activities.
Assisting in the
development of capabilities and performance measurements / KPIs.
Supervising
business architecture implementation activities.
Defining testing
and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities
and processes.
Developing and
testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures.
Preparing the
client for deployment (communications, training).

Candidate Profile: |
Education: -
MBA (Finance) /
CA / ICWA or other relevant qualifications.
Work Experience: -
Minimum of 4
years experience in Finance and Accounting Back-Office
Operations, i.e., accounts payable, accounts receivable, general
ledger, asset management, management reporting, budgeting &
forecasting, etc.
Minimum of 2
years experience around moving de-centralized finance and
accounting operations to shared services.
Design,
development and implementation of at least 2 complete life cycle
finance and accounting shared services centers in the role of
team lead over one or more of the work streams, or as a hands-on
project manager.
Preferred Skills: -
Experience with
one or more of the following ERP financial applications from a
functional design perspective is preferred: PeopleSoft, Oracle
or SAP.
Experience
working with a Big 4 consulting firm.
MBA, CPA or CMA
designation is preferred.
