Role: -
To spearhead the
change management process and ensure smooth integration of TOC
Global Shared Services Center in Gurgaon.
HR Business
Partner for Gurgaon Operations Centre (appoximately 150
Associates) working closely with the Leadership Team and CNS HR
Team to manage Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development,
Talent Management, Attrition, and build higher Associate
engagement levels.
Additionally,
functional / project responsibility for an area across
Consulting such as Careers, Learning & Development, Business
School Programs, etc., for India and driving this program across
the APAC region.
Responsibilities: -
Smooth Integration
Lead the
alignment effort for all HR Practices between the 2 integrated
teams namely Compensation, Benefits, Bonus Plans, Bands / Roles
and Associate Policies.
Undertake a
communication effort to ensure consistent messaging and branding
of TOC Global Services Centre among internal and external
stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition
Plan, coordinate
and execute hiring efforts across TOC Global Services Centre
based on headcount requirements and timelines.
Identify sources
of talent (Graduate Campuses, Placement Partners, Employee
Referrals, Direct Applicants, etc.) and undertake appropriate
hiring strategy.
Identify and
sign-off on SLAs with Unit Managers w.r.t. recruitment process,
e.g., turnaround time, frequency of updates, expected
involvement from Teams.
Conduct
first-level interviews for teams along with People Managers.
Close
compensation with successful candidates.
Ensure issue of
joining letter and closure of internal formalities (including
informing for joining and onboarding requirements).
Develop effective
partnerships with vendors to ensure high quality talent supply.
Brief vendors on
vacancy on a periodic basis (at least monthly).
Provide feedback
to vendors on performance levels (at least quarterly).
Manage any IJPs /
Open Opportunities for TOC Global Services Centre.
Manage Graduate Recruitment
Strategy & Program
Discussion with
Unit / People Managers and Leaders to understand Graduate
requirements for the year, purpose of recruitment (i.e., to meet
current or replacement needs, dependence on this pool, etc.) and
collectively gain consensus on campus strategy.
Responsible for
project-planning, identifying list of campuses to be visited,
sending necessary information / deliverables to campus, blocking
presenters and recruitment panel and conducting recruitments
along with the business managers.
Manage offer
conversion / renege and closure of all formalities with
Placement Cells.
Ensure campus
'talent market intelligence' proactively is available to take
decisions (e.g., on compensation students, etc.).
Share updates on
campus activities with Unit Managers / Leadership Team.
Learning & Development
Identify annual
training needs and draw-up a quarter by quarter training
calendar.
Identify and plan
program dates, appropriate faculty (internal or external) and
mode of delivery.
Design and
develop certain training modules in-house.
Project manage
logistics of training, e.g., venue, faculty bookings,
collaterals.
Design the
Onboarding Program for TOC Global Services Centre and,
thereafter, manage the Program on ongoing basis, i.e., decide /
block faculty, frequency, venue, etc.
Analyze Program's
feedback and circulate to Leadership Team / Unit Managers.
Attrition Management
Ensuring Managers
send timely exit notifications, and guiding Associates through
Exit formalities.
Conduct
face-to-face exit interview to supplement / validate online
data.
Understand the
exit data and develop action-plans for reducing the turnover
rate at Analyst and Consultant level.
Business Partner
Primary-contact
point for Associate query resolution, working with Leader, TOC
Global Services Centre to design and implement specific programs
such as: -
* Focus Group discussions
* Policy review and design
* Communication meets
* Designing and driving Career Pathing and Exposure
Programs, e.g., ASCEND
* Any updates for communication efforts, e.g., newsletter.
Use CNS Guidelines to drive robust
performance management across the Centre and work with managers
to ensure timely closure of performance conversations and
adherence to review cycle.
Work closely with HR Head on key projects
such as Careers, Learning & Development, Business School
Programs, etc., to be designed, managed and rolled-out across
CNS and the APAC Region.
