Their engagements range from large Business & Technology Transformations (1-2 years duration) through to specialised assignments (4-12 weeks duration). Some example engagements include: - Delivery of an IT Strategy or IT-enabled business solutions as part of a major business transformation. Coaching / advising clients through an end-to-end technology transformation programme. Shaping and leading an IT Effectiveness Review. Skills: - The firm is looking to recruit high calibre candidates with proven experience of delivering and leading major consultancy assignments with the following skills: - Experience of current business practices and operations, leading IT practice and metrics across a number of dimensions in at least TWO of the following areas is essential: IT Function, Technology Enabled Transformation / CXO, Compliance / MiFID / SEPA, Value For Money, Post Merger Integration, Business & Technology Transformation and Sourcing. Significant expertise in at least TWO of the following areas is essential: IT Performance Management, Review & Metrics / IS Organisation Design & Change Management, IT Strategy, IT Governance & Management / Service Management & IT Delivery Methods / Operating Model Design & Implementation and Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management. Experience in the design and implementation of business transformation and IT strategy projects. Drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work. Specifically at Executive Consultant Level: - Strong commercial awareness ranging from business development contribution through to a track record in leading sales with an annual sales target in the region of � 2 Million. Confidence and gravitas, an ability to build effective relationships with board level executives and colleagues. Strong track record in working collaboratively, managing teams and developing talent.
