Ltd.   Job Description: Capgemini�s Employee Transformation Practice helps clients solve complex business problems through innovative people change solutions. The Practice work in a unique collaborative way, producing profound results in developing and implementing change management and people strategies, transforming the HR function and more specialised areas such as organisation design, culture change, shared services, and employer branding. Role: - The work varies from large HR transformation pieces taking two years to specialised assignments lasting three months. When allocating work, the Practice always tries to match individual development needs with those of the business. The Practice expects the consultants to work with clients, in teams to: - Guide clients through the HR transformation journey from design through to implementation. Deliver people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a new performance management framework. Implement a new HR system such as SAP or Oracle: identifying requirements, tendering and successfully implementing across the business. In these projects, the you would be working with consultants from the technology services division. Develop both thought leadership, points of view and new service offerings to differentiate us in the marketplace. Identify both sales and sell-on opportunities and help turn them into orders. Take ownership of a work stream or small project, and actively manage both the deliverables and the team members. Skills: - CIPD or equivalent qualification (or currently studying) highly desirable. Proven experience working in a progressive HR environment gained from either a line or consulting role essential. Experience in one of the following areas: shared services, employer branding, talent management or organisation development essential. Experience in the development and implementation of HR change projects. Able to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Able to present ideas and findings clearly and persuasively, and build credibility and trust. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Have drive and commitment to own and deliver outstanding work. Develop with others' thought leadership, points of view and new service offerings. Knowledge of how businesses work financially / commercially. Experience of putting together business cases. Able to train others.
