Therefore, Design is the heart of the matter that can bring about very dramatic and lasting impacts and have the potential for great transformations. And Design is the only way in which we can Innovate and Differntiate ourselves from the rest. So, Design is the most powerful mantra we have to transform our lives and the society. And you can bring about such lasting changes in the shortest possible time with the least amount of effort (principle of levers)And over the years through our hard work and research we have built a number of principles based on our study of nature and problems and failures that take place all around us (we have by now studied more than 10,000 different types of problems -- no two of which were ever the same since the context was always different). We found that these principles provide the simplest possible solutions and answers to eliminate multiple problems in different dimensions to bring about dramatic but sustainable improvements in performance and profitability. What is strange about these simple principles is that you can virtually apply these to any field of human and social activity and to any type of live problem we face on a day to day basis. We do this in three specific ways. First, we demonstrate the power of these principles by helping you eliminate the toughest and the most challenging needs that you face.Second, we demonstrate the power of these natural principles by designing systems, product, machines, processes, factories for you so that Productivity, Performance and Profitability (3Ps) are built in right from the start. You need not waste your time trying to sort out things -- which can be very messy at times. Third, we design effective products for individuals or groups who would like to start a business (manufacturing or service) or expand their existing business with a new line of product or service. Such products or services are either made to order or you may chose from our designs a product or service you might wish to take up in the future -- thereby creating viable jobs for the country and create wealth. Needless to say that by following natural laws, our firm developed organically and would continue to do so in the future and keep expanding its network of very competent people who can really help others through Design Innovation. We are a team of Designers (in a sense even you are a Designer) coming from various fields or professions and are ably supported by our competent associates. After all, people count! |
