Delhi Metro is among our flagship projects � our involvement ranged from six underground stations and 6.6km of award-winning tunnels on Line 2 to Mandi House station on Line 3. We have been working on GTB Nagar station on Line 2We are a fast-growing with diverse practice and a track record featuring many landmark projects such as the Delhi Metro, Delhi Mumbai International Airports, Petrochemical Investment Regions and a number of industrial manufacturing projects in ranging industry sub-sectors. We are contributing to a wide range of development across India in the industry, energy, infrastructure and social sectors � from hydropower to highways to state-wide HIV/AIDS prevention.
We are making our mark in many areas of business and industry, serving not only the burgeoning domestic demand but also the Mott MacDonald Group's wider customer base in core markets such as industry and health. Our Indian business is the Group's lead focus of industrial expertise, especially in chemicals, pharmaceutical and textiles where we lead the field in business case planning, business conceptualization, strategy, financial and demand modelling, engineering, project management, and procurement and validation services for some of the world's largest chemicals and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our Indian design centres are also enhancing project delivery for the Group in key areas globally, in oil and gas, water, power, pharmaceuticals, roads and highways, airports and buildings.
World-wide resources Our teams in India have instant access to the technical and management resources of the global Mott MacDonald Group, an independent employee-owned company with turnover of � 900 million and over 14,000 staff working on public and private sector projects in 140 countries world-wide.
This combination of local and international knowledge and expertise means we can offer all our customers throughout India an unrivalled range of consultancy services covering all aspects of every development sector - from transport, energy, building, water and the environment to industry, communications, social development, health and education.
Our teams in India can also utilise the Group's experience of huge multi-disciplinary developments such as Wembley Stadium, Heathrow Terminal 5, Taiwan High Speed Rail Link, Los Angeles Metro extension, Hong Kong airport terminal plus an association with development of around 150,000 MW power generation capacities worldwide to benefit mega projects in India. Being able to call on the Group's world-wide expertise in public private partnerships is another advantage, enabling us to advice on procurement for major new infrastructure developments. |
