A common problem is people believe they will lose weight by starving themselves. It is a temporary 'solution' if you consider it such, but what happens is your body loses some of it's ability to process the food you eat later on, and less of it's fatty content will be 'used', if you will. Metabolism is something that will disappear when not used...thus, starving yourself will actually make things worse later on.You eat the correct amount of proteins, carbohydrates, and others, and do exercises and you�ll live healthy. |
