Termination Policy 2009-10

This termination policy applies to students who have entered into a Residence Contract with
the University of Sheffield.
The procedure that applies to students who wish to terminate their Residence Contract
before its expiry date varies, according to the circumstances. The consequences of
termination also vary according to the circumstances. This policy sets out the procedures
and consequences that apply in a range of circumstances.
