The completed Application Form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, payable at Lucknow must be received by the Admissions Office at Lucknow latest by 5.00 pm of February 16, 2007.
