The
Programme
The PG programme is a
full-time on-campus residential programme. The rapid growth of business has
thrown open the need for a very large number of middle level and senior level
management professionals in most companies. The demand for such professionals is
expected to far exceed the availability. Internal promotions within the
organization alone will not be sufficient to feed this demand.
SPJIMR steps in with yet another customer centric initiative to bridge this gap
- by providing companies with the right talent for lateral hires and providing
formal, quality input in management to high potential individuals with clear
career plan and options.

Eligibility
Minimum 3 years of Bachelor's
degree in any discipline from a recognized University in India or abroad.
Current CAT / XAT / GMAT score.
In case, the applicant has not appeared for either of these test, s/he can opt
to appear for SPJIMR Test that will be held in May-end 2006 (on pattern similar
to CAT).
Work experience of 5 years after
graduation. Those with experience of more than 3 years and less than 5 years may
be considered on a case-to-case basis.
Selection
Criteria
Potential for lateral shift,
clear career plans, sound purpose of taking up this program and ability to map
the relationship between these by the prospective candidate; and
SPJIMR�s assessment of the above.
Course
Fee
The program fee is Rs.
5,53,000/-. This includes tuition, hostel, study material, IT services and
placement. The cost of foreign tour (optional), food and laptop will be extra on
actuals.
The Institute will facilitate bank loans as required.
Application Process
The applicants are required to
fill in On-line application form at www.spjimr.org. The details required
are fairly simple.
The application processing fee
is Rs. 900/-.
It can be paid by credit card
or Demand Draft favouring 'S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research'
payable at Mumbai.
The candidates are expected to
indicate their choice of specialization at the time of application -
'Manufacturing & Operations' or 'Information Management'.
Interview - Short-listed
candidates will be called for interview.
