Zensar Center for Business
Innovation (ZCBI) is an autonomous research & innovation center for
Zensar Technologies Limited. Zensar Technologies is part of a USD 3 Billion
RPG Enterprise. Zensar and RPG are one of the oldest companies in India with
history of over 70 years.
Some of the sister companies are CEAT, Sa-Re-Ga-Ma HMV Music,
Spencer's Retail. Our learning initiative at ZCBI is an endeavour to
encourage continuous innovation through people and technology. We encourage our
students to explore endless possibilities and prepare them to take on leadership
roles in this ever-changing business world.
About the
Course / Programme
Zensar Center for Business
Innovation (ZCBI) offers One Year Post Graduate Programme in Business
Transformation. This program is offered in academic collaboration with
EGSM Graduate School of Management, Switzerland. The candidates have an
option to earn twin certification from ZCBI and EGSM. The EGSM would offer
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which would be equivalent to 24
ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits. EGSM Graduate School of
Management would host 4-weeks Overseas Leadership Module at Switzerland.
The highlights of the programme
are: -
Guaranteed placements with MNCs
at the management cadre fetching salary starting from INR 6 lakhs per annum with
companies like Kinectic, Lifestyle, Landmark, Zensar to name a few.
Option of reimbursement of
tuition fees after completion of 2 years with partner organization.
International Internships and
overseas leadership module for 4 weeks in Europe.
Accomplished faculty from leading
institutes like UCLA, Univ of Michigan, European Business School, IIM-A, IIM-B
etc.
Specialization tracks:
Retail/Marketing, Financial Services, IT/Operations Management.
Eligibility
The profile of candidates would
be a bright graduate with ideally 1-2 years of work experience in the industry.
However, fresh candidates with good communication skills and a strong accademic
record are also encouraged to apply. Applications are accepted from all
interested candidates across streams. Candidates should have appeared for any of
the aptitude tests mentioned below. This is then followed by a round of Group
Discussions / Personal Interviews.

Common Aptitude Test (CAT)
Graduate Management Aptitude Test
(GMAT)
Xavier's Aptitude Test (XAT)
Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET)
ZAT (ZCBI Aptitude Test to be
administered by the college)
Note: CAT / XAT /
JMET Scores taken within two years are valid. GMAT Scores taken within 3 years
would be considered.

Application Procedure
Apply to ZCBI by filling in an
Application Form. Application forms and brochures can be obtained from the
ZCBI Office in Pune against a fee to be tendered by way of DD / Cash payment of
Rs. 900/- (Rs. Nine Hundred only). For online applications, visit ZCBI website

Forms are also available at all centers of Career Forum, Career Launcher,
Professional Tutorials and Bulls Eye.
This is followed by the
Application Review Process. The admission committee considers the following
for all applicants: academic history, test scores, evidence of leadership and
motivation, letters of recommendation (desired), level of job responsibility and
work experience, any unique talents and contributions made outside of work.
Applicants are reviewed on their potential for successful performance in
graduate business studies and their competitiveness within the current applicant
pool.
Candidates shortlisted by
application review process are then invited for a round of Group Discussions
/ Personal Interviews.
