XLRI Jamshedpur has evolved a
consolidated 14 month certificate programme in Human Resource Management for
working and experienced professionals. The programme being known as "Post
Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management" (PGCHRM).
The program aims to provide an
opportunity to study and earn a Post Graduate Certificate in (PGCHRM) while
working without interrupting their career. The program is being offered by XLRI
in technical collaboration with RWW to working and experienced professionals
spread across over 9 cities of India, namely Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin,
Jamshedpur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune.

courses will be handled by professionally qualified and experienced faculty of
XLRI reputed for their excellent training skills. The programme will also have a

advantage of RWW facility over other virtual classroom facilities (existing in
the country) is it enables a live two way interaction between the students and
the faculty. This will immensely enable students to discuss cases based on the
latest scholastic work of the faculty.

Resource Management is an upcoming area with immense prospects. PGCHRM Students
will undergo projects and assignments that help them get attuned to the latest
developments and best practices prevalent in the business economy.

duration is longer than that of the programmes normally offered by other premier

classroom in a more integrated manner.
Methodology of delivery on Reliance Web World
The on-line sessions
(comprising of 400 hours spread across 14 months) will be delivered on Reliance
Web Worlds Video Conferencing interactive learning platform. The heart of the
platform is a powerful user interface that enables large number of
geographically distributed students to have a highly interactive "one to one"
exchange with a central faculty.
The system incorporates live two way broadcast video, two way audio and data
interactivity to enable the students to watch and interact with the faculty live
in a classroom. Conceptual discussions, case discussions and panel discussions
will be the primary vehicle of learning on the platform. Please visit your

Campus
Visit
The participants are expected
to stay in the campus for 7 days of intensive campus learning. The exact date
and schedule will be announced to the participants in advance (by at least six
months) so that they can arrange for their leaves from their respective
organizations. During the period of their stay on campus, participants need to
participate in intensive classroom and group learning sessions.

Certification, Assessment & Evaluation
The examination and evaluation
required for certification shall be carried out by XLRI, Jamshedpur. The faculty
members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation
most appropriate to the material. The certificate will be awarded directly by
XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Apply
The prospectus and application
form can be obtained by paying Rs 1,000/- (at the select Reliance Web Worlds
in the respective cities). This one-time application fee is Non-Refundable and
it is towards short-listing interviews and other logistics. Fill in the
