IIM Calcutta Celebrates Foundation Day on 8th Februarytext

IIM Calcutta stands for meritocracy, its abiding principal with a goal to be an international centre of excellence in all aspects of management education. Like every year, this year too the institute celebrated its Foundation Day on 8th February 2008 at its auditorium with much enthusiasm.text

As part of the Foundation Day ceremony, Prof. Barun De, Chairman, West Bengal Heritage Commission, Vice President, Asiatic Society and ex-Faculty Member of IIM Calcutta and Founder of Center for Studies in Social Sciences, delivered a mind-boggling speech on "Relevance of History in Management Studies".text
